Fast, efficient, very friendly and professional. I have been wanting to get a new car for years but hesitated because I loved my sienna van and didn’t want to part with it, but my kids said it was ti I have been wanting to get a new car for years but hesitated because I loved my sienna van and didn’t want to part with it, but my kids said it was time after 10 years and 180,000 miles. I looked at other dealerships but went back to suburban because I didn’t have any problems getting my van. I test drove the RAV4 and loved the colors and gas mileage. I chose the Rav4, test drove it late Saturday, picked it up after work on Monday. Did almost all paperwork through texting and emails, easiest ever and had my RAV4 in less than one business day. Don walked me through everything and was polite and courteous through the entire process. Would recommend the team at Farmington Hills Suburban to anyone interested in a smooth sale and friendly staff!!! More
