I have purchased three vehicles from Rainbow since 2017 where Chad has been involved in the process, at some capacity. All three purchases were pleasant and convenient experiences. We had one difficult sit where Chad has been involved in the process, at some capacity. All three purchases were pleasant and convenient experiences. We had one difficult situation to overcome from a Mercedes Benz Warranty Issue. Chad worked quickly to resolve the problem and provide an acceptable and fair resolution.
