Intelligent answers and low pressure sales! My Mom was just about to have her 3 year lease on a Toyota RAV-4 expire. We had looked at everything from the BMW X1 to an Audi A3 to the new RAV-4. She asked if Honda made anything smaller than the CR-V. We built a HR-V on line and she loved it. We set up a test drive with Dominic. His communication was professional and when we pulled in, he had the car washed and warmed up. He never pressured the sale and answered all of our questions patiently. I would certainly refer a friend to Dominic if they were looking at Hondas. We left the dealership 90 minutes after we walked in with keys in hand and paper work complete.
