why bother I have been receiving these emails from this dealership for over a year I am at least 2000 miles away from this place and never been there. Either this dealership has no clue that their client never receives their email or the client is purposely using my email address for illegal reasons. This has been my email address since the late nineties. Have this dealership look into this. More

I don't care for the fact that I can't make an appt for an o I arrived at the service dept at 7:50am Fri am @ left at 10:35. This after being told my vehicle would take 45 minutes. I understand there were severa I arrived at the service dept at 7:50am Fri am @ left at 10:35. This after being told my vehicle would take 45 minutes. I understand there were several things they needed to do so I thought it would be 60-70 minutes. Two hours & 40 minutes later I was pacing up and down the driveway, my blood pressure rising by the minute when they sent the Edge out. More
