Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—Sales, Aftermarket Manager, Sales Closer, General Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Finance Director, among others. To me, titles are merely indicators of our roles in guiding our teams. Our primary mission is to lead with purpose, ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional and memorable experience.
