If you are in the market for a Ford, call Two Rivers Ford and ask for Doc. I was impressed with Doc from moment I began speaking to him on the phone. Doc is an extremely personable individual that demonstrated professionalism and genuine concern in assisting me in purchasing a vehicle. Doc was never deceptive or misleading and demonstrated EXCELLENT knowledge. I NEVER had second thoughts about buying a vehicle from Doc or Two Rivers Ford and I know I got a GREAT deal. The best experience in Car buying to be had in TN I hate buying cars more then going to the Dentist, to me it's worse than having your teeth pulled without Novocain. Due to my feelings about this I use the Internet to research my car prices and also spend a lot of time over the phone. I would rather haggle on the phone than in person with these people, I'm the type that will walkout if I don't get what I want in a car deal. This is how I felt walking into Two Rivers Ford today ready for a fight. I refused to walk in was very stand offish but after talking with Doc for a couple of minutes I found he was very laid back no pressure at all. eventually he went got the keys to the cars I wanted to test drive everything seemed to be going fine so far. During the test drive it was like driving with a friend instead of someone trying to dig your money out of your wallet. So after deciding on a 2014 Ford Fusion SE we came to a very quick agreement on price and signed the paper work. I was relaxed it was amazing I've never left a dealership happy about my buying experience before today. The whole process took less than 3 hours. Everyone there was truly friendly not just faking it to get my money. I will refer anyone to Two Rivers Ford as the best place to buy a new or used car the staff is nice helpful patient with fast service on all my needs. I will admit I talked with three other dealerships during this process I found their salesmen to be pretentious xxxxxxx that acted like they were doing my a favor by talking with them about trying to buy their cars. You can't go wrong with the Ford dealership in Mount Juliet they will beat any No-Haggle pricing or supposedly Life-time warranty gimmick dealerships hands down Their deals are listed right on the Internet for all to see plus just great service. More
