First time shopping here they have a lot of cars so making your mind up is very hard. But my experience was nice, went to check out a vehicle late in the day (my fault) I had to go to work salesman was making your mind up is very hard. But my experience was nice, went to check out a vehicle late in the day (my fault) I had to go to work salesman was understanding. Came back the next day got the vehicle flawless process. Salesman was thorough when explaining things also when explaining the warranty they were actually explaining not just telling you this and that which was nice. They answered any questions I had, I did have a problem with my heat so called them up dropped it off and they got it fixed for me. The only problem I had is when I picked my vehicle up from service they didn’t wash it, they actually left it dirtier than when I dropped it off. I found plastic pieces and other miscellaneous things on the floor and even chewed up gum in the back. A+ for sales F for service. Little advice for the service technicians, treat customers cars as if they are your own. More

Very frustrating when you test drive a vehicle make an appt to return the next day at a specific time to sign and pay because the dealer was closing, only to be sent a text by the salesman five minutes pr appt to return the next day at a specific time to sign and pay because the dealer was closing, only to be sent a text by the salesman five minutes prior to the appointment time saying “ Just a heads up, somebody is showing my vehicle right now”. And then a minute later receive a second text” Hi, we just sold the car”. At no point the prior day did the salesman tell me the car can’t be held. The lack of transparency of their process and smug response of the saleman upon my arrival was very disheartening especially after hearing twice the day prior how they pride themselves on being transparent and the largest family owned used car dealership in NJ. A simple notification on day one stating we cannot hold the car or guarantee the car wont be sold by the time you return. Would have prevented this 1 star review. More
