When we arrived, my wife and I thought we were dealing with Miguel who greeted us, (and who was great) who started the interview. But then dealership brought in several others to try and "close the deal," with Miguel who greeted us, (and who was great) who started the interview. But then dealership brought in several others to try and "close the deal," and we never really talked any more to Miguel. Thought this was a mistake. We,went with another car at another place because the salesman there established a relationship with us and we really didn't need a team (several others who's names I can't remember) to win us over. Wish that had happened at Heritage. Also, when asked if I was interested in a hybrid --- I said no, not interested. The conversation didn't need to go any further, don't follow up with "can I ask why not?" And then I was given suggestions as to why I should be interested in a hybrid. Was I supposed to feel stupid for not wanting one? I wasn't really opening it up for debate, I was stating a preference and didn't need to be challenged on it. P.S. We don't know Miguel, and we're not part of his family or friends. :-) More
