Our salesman Django, should give lessons on how to be a successful salesman.. He was knowledgeable and willing to provide information. He wasn’t pushy, or disrespectful or arrogant. He was also a man of his word -he said he’d be 5 minutes and he was or he came back and said he’d be a few minutes more. Django brought people to meet us. Every single person was polite and offered to be of assistance. Other salespeople with whom we had no dealings with were polite and greeted us every time they walked by. My husband went and met the service and parts department counter people who bent over backwards to provide choices for his questions. Sitting with the finance person and meeting a customer advisor made dealing with Sarasota Lexus an experience of buying this amazing Lexus a pleasurable experience. More
