from the moment I bought this used vehicle from security dodge it has been nothing but problems! I put a deposit down on the vehicle only to be called two days later to Be advised that they don’t even ha dodge it has been nothing but problems! The usual games around financing, they committed to a certain rate and price, at signing it was a whole different story. I’m not really sure why I didn’t walk away. Driving at home, is squeal and a smell. Turns out they sold me a vehicle that had a frozen caliper, in addition it also had an issue with alignment, the radio didn’t work there was a CD stuck in the player, and the vehicle hadn’t even been cleaned thoroughly. I dropped it off, they fix the caliper said they fix the alignment and the issue the tire pressure gauges, and they ordered the radio. weeks later they called me to tell me the radio was in but it would be another 3 to 4 weeks before they could get me a loaner vehicle to resolve the radio issue and fix the original alignment issue. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, did not hear from them until I called them on Friday to discover that the radio that they put in the vehicle did that work, discontinued for another 3 1/2 weeks. Throughout this process the lack of Communication was abysmal. Finally after a month, the service manager called me after of course I left a message and basically told me that there was not much the else they could do other than fix the radio, but they would detail my car and fill up the tank. When it was finally completed the vehicle arrived at my house they hadn’t even vacuumed it, let alone detail it. So they came and picked it up again detailed it and returned it to me with half a tank a gas. In their defense, they did provide me with a loaner vehicle the entire month, so at least there was that. More
