Great service great people I came in for just an oil change they Did a free multi point inspection made me aware that my state inspection was past due they also showed me how disgusting my air filter wa change they Did a free multi point inspection made me aware that my state inspection was past due they also showed me how disgusting my air filter was and recommended I changed it along with the cabin air filter because that’s the air you breathe! They even told me about upcoming service recommendations and gave me information on how much longer they think my brakes will last. No pressure sales great information. I went to leave my house one day and found that my Uconnect was not working as far as the phone feature. I called you connect to see what the fix would be and they tried all kinds of technical moves. I was then advised the only way to get it fixed would be go to my dealer for an update. I came to you because that’s where I bought my car. After about an hour and a half I was advised that it would cost me $500 to replace it. In these trouble times I can’t find my way to spend that much money on something that should’ve been able to be fixed by an update. So I paid the $50 charge And left.
