Diane O’Neil is the Service Dept. made my experience with this dealership a positive one. Cannot praise her professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, & customer service enough. She handled a tremendous service problem with expertise and understanding and when more issues arose she worked with the manufacturer and asked them to make the additional repair as a courtesy, which they did.
