I came in for oil service, car had some other issues I asked for further explanation and was told sorry you’ll have to schedule a service appointment after I was told o have an oil leak. You can’t just send someone on there way after telling them this I had a 1.5 hour drive home and was panicking, Michael R brushed off my questions and told me to pay over there. I except a higher level of customer service for paying 99.99 for an oil change. Won’t be back as of now or buy any cars there again I bought 2 new ones. More
