Me and my family came in late to do a test drive on one
of the new Hyundai Santa Fe and the Tucson.
We got there later in the afternoon and was met by Diana.

Diana was friendly and a no pressure kind of gal! Absolutely loved her! I test drove four cars and she didn’t roll her eyes once. She’s so friendly and I really felt at home with her. My experience with buying cars has not been that great but she changed all that for me.
I ended up going with the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe and I absolutely love it!
I felt no pressure at any time and the atmosphere was generally laid-back. They worked with me on getting as close to my number as they could and they were just about spot on! The haggle process was painless which again has not always been my experience.
After I decided on the vehicle I wanted I was out of there in about two hours.
I will be recommending her to everyone I know and I will be following Diana wherever she goes on her journey!

Beside price hassle (after verbally agreeing to price on the phone), incompetent regarding DMV licensing and taxation, we spent over 4 hours just walking from department to department to personally insure they talk to each other and moving things forward. And yet they still screwed things up after signing and took 3 more weeks for them to fix it. The "new" finance manager not only is incompetent but also rude and almost cost them this lease. He simply doesn't know answers to basic questions regarding items on their paperwork that we had to research ourselves to get answer to. Again, hard to describe the lack of basic customer service and incompetence. Diane Silva, was the only helpful individual who was trying her best.

My mom got in an accident and her car was totaled and she
was so worried and did not know what she was going to do. I found a brand new Venue online and started the buying process in the middle of the night

The next morning hyndai called me but I didn't have the time that day to take my mother to see the car. They sent a shuttle to pick her up and then the sales rep drove to Vallejo with all the paperwork for me to sign. They made the deal so easy and so smooth that my mom is back up and driving around and I have nothing to worry about. Hyndai went above and beyond and made the process so easy. I highly recommend Kenneth he is great.
