Lauren is awesome friendly knowledgeable and very attentive. Waiting area needs a better snack collection. My biggest issue though is the 3% charge for using a credit card. I think it’s total xx. We have had our Subaru Forester for 3 years now. We purchased new in 2023. In that time every error light under the sun would randomly pop up including the check engine light. Each time we scheduled We purchased new in 2023. In that time every error light under the sun would randomly pop up including the check engine light. Each time we scheduled to bring it in, within days, the error lights would go off. This happened 3-4 times. After calling service to see if I should still bring it in, they let me know there wouldn’t be anything they could do if the error message wasn’t on. After taking it in for an oil change, within a month, those lights came back on and off again. I finally decided to just keep the appointment. After they did a scan, find out that the first step in fixing a sensory issue would cost $500. This would just be the first step. If it did not solve the problem, possibly thousands. They then claimed that this was a result of a lack of maintenance. Scheduling and service neglected to take the time to address an ongoing issue that ultimately now would cost us thousands of dollars. This could have been handled much earlier and they could have advised us on error lights being a maintenance warning rather than ignoring our concerns about the vehicle. Service blamed us on the lack of maintenance when we were told multiple times that they could not handle the issue. We will be taking our business elsewhere and will not purchase another Subaru from this dealership. More
