Had ordered a key replacement 3 weeks before the service appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . Took 30 mins of waiting for my SUV to be bought out from the back after service was comple appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . Managers and sales, Samer, Ozzy and Pete, outstanding. Quick, professional, honest. Closed the deal and purchased the car in less than 20 minutes. The only hassle was the finance department.
