I was very pleased with Stacey the salesman. He went over and above to explain how financing works and how to stay within a budget I could afford. Found a car I was interested in on Auto Trader and there were several at Northway Ford. We went to see one but it was SOLD the day earlier. The sales lady Ashley Farrington brought out another Edge that was were several at Northway Ford. We went to see one but it was SOLD the day earlier. The sales lady Ashley Farrington brought out another Edge that was in stock. Ashley made us feel so relaxed, no pressure and wanted to help us find what we wanted. She was very polite and understanding our needs. She even came in on her day off to sell the car to us. Couldnt ask for a better salesperson and the dealership was very helpful.
