Thank you for reaching out Mr. Stearns, My initial confusion was because you mentioned Devin in your review, but tagged an employee named Kevin (Denney) and according to Kevin, he had not been involved in the process at all... I see you have since added another review tagging Devin, which clears things up. As far as your experience with Devin goes, you are correct sir, it is not a sound business practice to ignore the customers wishes and continue trying to sell something you are not interested in. Your experience has been shared with the entire finance team to ensure we don't run the risk of offending another VIP customer. Scott, there was no misunderstanding. I am 80 years old and have purchased several vehicles. I know that it is the responsibility of finance to present the sale of the warranty. I let Devin know up front that I did not want the warranty. I then sat and listened to his sales presentation. I had been at the dealership since 1:45 and I wanted to go over the technical knowledge of the vehicle with Levi Williams. It was around 6pm and Devin continued to attempt to talk me into the extended warranty. There comes a time when a customer becomes irritated and the sales person needs to understand. The only miss misunderstanding was on the part of Devin.
