The dealership is very spacious. It was quite busy with lots of customers. The lobby has complimentary coffee bar you can help yourself to a nice cup of coffee including specialty It was quite busy with lots of customers. The lobby has complimentary coffee bar you can help yourself to a nice cup of coffee including specialty coffee like latte or cappucino or hot chocolate for the kids. We had an appointment with Destynie and were greeted by a salesperson in the parking lot. Once informed we had an appointment with Destynie, he said he would let her know we were there. After we entered the lobby and helped ourselves to the coffee and bottles of water, we sat down, but were wondering how Destynie would know where we were. There was some confusion there, but we found our salesperson and went for a test drive. Destynie was really nice and friendly. We struck up a conversation during the test drive which made it jovial and fun. During the negotiation, Destynie disappeared into the back room as expected and came back with some numbers and later brought out the manager. We were able to get the price we wanted and felt great about the deal. We were there for 5 hours. It was a long time! More
