Fantastic Dealership I just completed leasing both a new 5 series and my wife's new 3 series at BMW of Silver Spring. This is my ninth BMW and third lease at BMW of Silver Spring. I had dealt with other dealerships in the past, but found this one to be by far the best the first time I leased, so I keep coming back and will continue to do so. Over the years, the consultants have been easy to work with, strike the perfect balance between personal and professional, and do not pressure in any way. This time, I worked with Desirea who was a pleasure to work with. Aside from the qualities mentioned above, she is delightful in her enthusiasm for beamers, is relaxed and knows the product, and is very responsive to communications. I negotiated much of this last deal over the phone as I was away on vacation, so there were many back and forths!! She found the exact vehicle I was looking for (540i x-drive, Carbon Black, Night Blue interior, and fineline cove matte wood trim.] She easily got into my rhythm and the entire transaction seemed effortless. In fact, the experience was so positive, that we worked with Silver Spring and Desirea again on my wife's lease which we also just completed. We built this one and Desirea easily guided the build process through the maze of options, packages, etc. We are totally satisfied with both deals. Silver Spring BMW and Desirea are both fantastic. The entire process was very enjoyable and time efficient, just like talking with a family member to go over items to tailor our needs and necessary for the transaction. She worked extremely hard and fought to get me the trade-in value for my car as well as fought to get me into the price range that I had requested. The Best Car Buying Experience! Desirea Jackson was a delight to work with. From the beginning of meeting her, she was attentive and completely listened to my preferences (i.e. price Desirea Jackson was a delight to work with. From the beginning of meeting her, she was attentive and completely listened to my preferences (i.e. price #1, the conveniences I was looking for, and options) for a car. We sat down at her desk and she began to ask a few questions, pull information on the car I was interested in, the car fax, and gave me an introduction to the BMW line so that I could have a sense of how BMW cars may stack up to the Mercedes I was eyeing as well. I felt almost as if I was in a BMW 101 class! In a few short minutes, I learned more about BMWs and its various models than I ever would scouring the web in the same amount of time. She made me feel comfortable enough that I decided to test drive the car and she even presented me the opportunity to test drive several other cars as a comparison. While on the test drive, she continued to introduce options, conveniences, the technology and the performance on the car. I was really impressed by her overall presentation and her invested interest to know so many details about certain BMW cars inside and out. This type of display, certainly let me know as a customer know....that she takes take pride in the product she was selling and not just solely focused on a sale. I did not purchase the car immediately as I wanted a day or two to decide. I must admit, I had Mercedes-Benz separation issues...lol. I was a long time MB car owner (actually my last 3 cars)...but working with Desirea help me in making the decision to switch. And, good decision it was! I love my new ride. During the time before deciding to buy, she remained responsive and promptly available to answer any questions that I had during that time (via phone, text and email)...and believe me, there were plenty! When it came to making the actual purchase, she was commendable in her efforts and BMW Silver Spring was very fair in accepting the offer and price I gave them. It was a very relaxed car buying experience and her GM (Steve and Allen) were helpful in meeting my needs and completing the deal. I truly walked from their establishment feeling like a valued customer and I love my new 5 Series! She made the entire car buying process very easy for me and talking/dealing with her was like talking to a friend. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even stayed late past closing time to make sure everything was done properly. The whole team was the 5 star professional service you would expect. I highly recommend this dealership and if you are ever in need of an outstanding sales contact to speak to while there....go see Desirea Jackson! More
