I just bought the Mercedes EQS 580! The first one they got in! My first time dealing with this dealership was about 6 years ago when I bought my E550 Convertible. Seek out Michael, the General Manager or if you’re even thinking of an EQS - find Brian. I own 4 Tesla’s and was going to buy the new X Plaid - but OMG the EQS 580 IS the high standard for luxury electric. LOL, I never went in to buy one yesterday. I went in to drop off my convertible for a tire fix. While waiting they were just pulling this in….. It was admiration at first sight, but then Brian turned that into love. They gave me a super rate on my trade in and got everything taken care of so I drove home my new EQS 580! Love these guys and you will too! Oh, Derek, the service manager is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy person in car service I’ve ever come across. Happy shopping folks. More

I called ahead, made the service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle as close to mine as possible. When I arrived the loaner car was available. I moved my personal stuff to the loaner, spoke requested a loaner vehicle as close to mine as possible. When I arrived the loaner car was available. I positively love Fort Washington MB and its staff! The location is convenient, and the staff are courteous, kind and caring to me! I am consistently updated about the progression of service, as I wait in location is convenient, and the staff are courteous, kind and caring to me! I am consistently updated about the progression of service, as I wait in a clean, comfortable waiting area. ! When service is completed, my shiny-clean, sanitized vehicle is brought directly to me. (complete with paper mats, for God's sake!) by a courteous, smiling and cute employee. I am an 86 year old Mercedes Benz lover! When I reach 110 years old, may I be buried in my Benz? There is absolutely no negativity that I am able to think or say about Fort Washington. Thank you. Ms. Heath More

Very poor costumer service at service department. They did not answer and return my phone calls regarding the appointment. Kept my car 2 weeks for a single flat tire.
