I got home with the car and realized there was a crack in the windshield that was covered by the inspection stickers so it wasn’t visible during the test drive. 2 weeks in the check engine light is already the windshield that was covered by the inspection stickers so it wasn’t visible during the test drive. 2 weeks in the check engine light is already on with 8 different errors. Replaced a few valves and still not working right. I feel I was ripped off and it’s sad because this car was supposed to be for my teenage daughter. Now I drive it because of these issues. More

Absolutely pleasant experience in all aspects. This was my first time buying a brand new car. Had some presumptions about dealers reading reddit comment online, but I was wrong. It felt more like buying a nice piece of clothing, where the employees there were just genuinely happy to help you find your perfect fit. The sales people at Mercedes Fort Washington were respectful, informative, and efficient. Had the pleasure to be helped by Jeff and Julian from sales, then Tito from finance and, Joanne from finance/service? were all fantastic. The finance explained to me in detail what each of the maintenance package means without pressuring me at all. I ended up picking the maintenance and the tire packages. More
