For over 40 years, my family has purchased Mercedes from West German Mercedes/FW Mercedes, a Washington Mercedes needs a lesson on customer loyalty. For over 40 years, my family has purchased Mercedes from West German Mercedes/FW Mercedes, and before that, VWs. In 1997, I bought two Mercedes, and have only had them serviced at FW Mercedes all these years. Over the past three years, the service has been deplorable. I've had my car in THREE times and the issue still exists. I am extremely busy, travel mostly internationally and DO NOT HAVE TIME to deal with incompetence. My car might be up in years, but has been beautifully maintained and garaged kept, similar to my 911 Porsche. Either go to Euro Motorcars Devon Mercedes for service, or buy a VOLVO, or better yet, get a Porsche. Mercedes Benz are overrated. More
