These guys went above and beyond. My new/used pickup was presented as a perfect fit for my needs. As is were my thoughts. But not so with you people. Three days later, a call from Derrick with word that a new leather seat panel had arrived and would be installed ASAP. It was gonna cost me 2 or 3 hundred dollars to get it done local. It’s being installed today no charge. The truck will be flawless inside and out now. I’ve driven it two weeks now cross country. I’m am so pleased with the vehicle, the service records, the mileage, the smooth ride, add the great service. I was referred to you and I will be sending all my servicing your way and references for new customers. I’ve never seen anything in a dealership like it. Great job Vernon Auto Group! You’re the best!
