We came to Automotive Avenues from Pennsylvania to try a specific car we saw online. After a few minutes and a short test drive, we realized the car we came 2 hours to see would not meet our needs. With absolutely no pressure, but a sincere desire to help us, Derek turned to his computer and found 3 other vehicles on the lot that were nearly identical. The second car he showed us was perfect. We got a great price on a premium vehicle and a very fair offer for our trade. Automotive Avenues is very impressive. They have nearly 800 cars on the lot and the place runs like a well the oiled machine. Derek treated us with respect and addressed each of our questions in a straightforward and honest way. He and his associate John, helped us with financing the new vehicle, and explained an extended warranty we chose to purchase. Derek will be the first person I call whenever we or a friend need to car in the future. More

I first came in to automotive avenues to see a 2021 Kia forte I worked with me Marco and mr Dan. .However I was not pleased with the vehicle I chose so I went back and met Mr Izzy! I went into Automotive Avenues on two separate days, Tuesday & Saturday. It was much busier on the weekend, but even though it was busier, Derek & Izzy were helping my family & I within minutes. June, Derek, Izzy, and Melissa helped me from start to finish. Everything from setting up the appointment, all the way through to payment was super smooth and easy to do. Every staff member was kind, friendly, and didn't make my family & I feel rushed or pressured on any of our visits. The dealership itself is quite large and there are a ton of options depending your budget. I'm really happy with the car I bought and the price I paid for it. I can honestly say I will go back to Automotive Avenues if I'm ever in the market for another used car. More
