Used to trust the service. I purchased maintenance and detail package online but the service department didn't recognize it. The access panel underneath the car wasn't secured and I had to stop at a dealer to have it repaired while on a road trip to Washington. When I returned to finally get a receipt for the work, the sec Mgr just said OK many times even after I showed the old panel. No explanation, no apologies no attempt to win me back. Im not going back. More

I would give this service dept a 0 star review if I could. Always have been terrible with communication. I ALWAYS have to call or show up to get an update on my vehicle that ive brought each in count could. Always have been terrible with communication. I ALWAYS have to call or show up to get an update on my vehicle that ive brought each in countless times. Took a week for my car to go from this shop to the dealership, then couldn't get a follow up call until I call a week later after it came back. On my Journey, got quoted $3,700 for a new TIPM, when that wasnt even the problem. It was a bad ignition coil that I bought for $60 and replaced myself in 5 minutes. This shop is clueless and provides terrible customer service. More

I took my truck in for some work in the total cost was 1200 I supplied parts they call me saying my truck is ready I went and picked it up when I got home I checked and all the parts where in the back sea 1200 I supplied parts they call me saying my truck is ready I went and picked it up when I got home I checked and all the parts where in the back seat when I check to see if work was completed it was not it was never touched I took it back and they where not helpful at all didn’t offer me a ride home did help with anything I walked 4 miles home I will never go to them it is ran so bad management sucks they did not feel bad at all for what they did I had to call off work because I didn’t have a car to get to work More

I have dealt with Mike,Dakota, Derrick and Trinity, they are all top notch to work with. When I purchased our car I didn’t d buy the extended warranty, this was over 2 years ago. I had to have the AC system replaced, our engine seized up and had to have the engine replaced . Our warranty was a zero $ deductible and working with them was painless.
