Derek was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I found the mustang I wanted. I have always driven Mustangs and so quite particular and he never gave up! I live 3 hours north and he kept me aware of everything and most of it was completed prior to my arrival! While I was finishing up the other staff took excellent care of making sure my mom (who drove me down) was cool inside, comfortable, and had water etc. This was not my first time (or second) buying a vehicle BUT this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Also kudos to Jason in finance for actually taking the time to explain what I was signing and working hard to make sure I got the best rates! More
