I’ve had no issues with the battery in the week since the battery was replaced, which is great! But I would prefer in the future for my appointment to be scheduled for the day the job is performed. It seems battery was replaced, which is great! But I would prefer in the future for my appointment to be scheduled for the day the job is performed. It seems like my car sat for over 24 hours before the work was started. It was complete the end of the second day but they wanted to charge it up before returning to me, and on the third day they said the fast charger was inoperable so they had to use the portable trickle charger, meaning it was only to 30% after 6 hours. So I plugged into the dealership’s fast charger myself and it worked just fine- employees may need to be advised it can take about a minute after plugging in for the charging to start. It was a bummer that after 2 1/2 days of being without my car I still had to take 2 1/2 hours out of my day to charge it up 100%, to verify the new modules were working as expected. More
