Arrogant sales rep. Not very customer oriented. Treated like I was in the lower class of his "usual" buyers When vehicle was picked up they left a 6" of snow and ice in Not very customer oriented. Treated like I was in the lower class of his "usual" buyers When vehicle was picked up they left a 6" of snow and ice in the bed. Certified pre owned and they couldn't even reset the tire sensors to their correct location or fix the alignment before you put it out for sale. Told the rep I was going through security. Said he could do it right from there then proceed to run my credit through multiple sources and put it in for about $2000 more than I was paying for the vehicle. Not a good experience at all for me. More

The advisors would never return calls. When I would call with questions I would constantly be told the advisor I was dealing with was leaving early for the day.
