My vehicle was dropped off at 7am Monday and no service was performed all day. I called at 2pm for an update and was lied to, then told they weren’t going to be able to complete the work that day. Total ti was performed all day. I called at 2pm for an update and was lied to, then told they weren’t going to be able to complete the work that day. Total time spent on the vehicle the next morning was only 2 hours. If the first day was too busy to do the work, don’t schedule the car for the day. Not having the vehicle for longer than necessary makes life difficult. On top of that, lying to customers is inexcusable. More
