Pablo was patient and came up with options to help meet my needs and we agreed on a used car price fairly quickly. This was my first used car purchase, but after checking other dealers, I was sure I was getting a good deal. Dennis was also patient in my panic over the interest rate and monthly costs and come up with a way to get my payment to where I needed it on my terms and was very pleasant, assuring me that I was not as much of a pain as I felt like I was being.
