The salesperson I worked with, Lee Bodette, was very nice and polite. There were a few things that I wasn't happy with. 1) I was brought the more expensive model to test drive and was told that it was the mo and polite. There were a few things that I wasn't happy with. 1) I was brought the more expensive model to test drive and was told that it was the model I asked for. When I agreed to purchase it, I realized it was the more expensive model only when the financials paperwork was given to me to look at. I had been quoted an interest rate of 5.5%. 2) The next day when I came back to pick up the car, I told them I wanted the less expensive model, and then all of the sudden, the interest rate went up to 7.5%! What?? I told them that I wasn't interested and they got it down to 6.5%, but said that was the lowest they could go. This I do not understand. I purchased the car anyway and I love it, but there were at least 2 times, if not more, that I was taken advantage of. I am not sure if it was because I was a woman and shopping alone, or whether they try this with everyone. Not impressed. More

I was essentially ghosted by another local dealership, and found the communication and follow through at Handy’s unparalleled. They were honest, upfront, and I never once felt like I wasn’t getting the best deal possible. Matt, Dennis, and Eric kept me laughing the entire time, and got me in and out in a flash. Even better, I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision or get the weird sleazy sales vibe. All around a great experience! I’ll be recommending Handy Toyota to everyone I know! More
