Dennis Epps had an uplifting attitude. He was able to get me taken care of over the phone and email. By doing that, it kept me safe from COVID-19 and it did not have me sitting in the dealership all day get me taken care of over the phone and email. Excellent service. I had purchased a GLC 300 4-matic with absolutely no features 28 days prior to going to the Owings Mills dealership. I was frustrated and hated the car. Dennis Epps provided a very thorough, but non-pressure, buying experience. I actually started my search for a car with Mr. Epps approximately a year ago as I was looking to eventually downsize. I visited a few other Mercedes dealerships and none compared to the pricing and service received from Mr. Epps. I had a certain price point I wanted to remain within and a dollar amount for my trade that could make or break the deal. The price negotiated for my car was well within my price point and I got exactly what I requested for my trade. Mr. Epps is very knowledgeable, as well as reliable and responsive. If he says he's going to follow up with something or get a question answered, he definitely does it. His years of experience are on full display when interacting with his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Mercedes. More

Dennis is an AMAZING sales person! This is my first Mercedes-Benz and I could tell he genuinely cared about my car buying experience. He made sure I found the perfect car and that I was comfortable. When my wife and I had finished talking to Mr. Epps When my wife and I had finished talking to Mr. Epps and it was time to talk with the finance department, we sat in Mr. Epps office for thirty min When my wife and I had finished talking to Mr. Epps and it was time to talk with the finance department, we sat in Mr. Epps office for thirty minutes after being at the dealership for more than four hours. It was the slow time of the day at the dealership and we were the only customers there. We received service after I complained why we had not been seen by the finance department.. Hooray to Mr. Epps. It bothered My Wife and I to sit and wait for so long for the finance department, so we rate the finance department three stars. More
