Dennis Cardinal greeted me on the lot, and the rest is history. He had the vehicle washed instantly so I could inspect the car. We went for a ride so I could make sure the vehicle was perfect for me. Talking to Dennis with all of his experience in the auto industry was very refreshing. It’s no surprise that he is so successful. Dennis and Brandon McGahee made my experience amazing! Review Well since they really wanted me to fill this out. The salesman that sold me the car was awesome and didn't pressure. I refinanced my loans so I was going to cancel my gap insurance and warranty. I called once, during hours, and left a message with the receptionist, no call back. Called the next day and got someone in finance who took my info, no call back. Called third time and was able to get someone and he seemed annoyed and short with me that I was asking for help and was vague and didn't help. Fourth time talked with someone who guided me at least to the website I needed but the website is vague in certain aspects. Finally ended up having to go to a dealership to get a form notorized, the financial manager was helpful and answered all questions I had about the process that were vague on the website. More
