Denise Reino is right on top of the service for our car. I was upset as was she that the mechanics did not advise her that they were charging the battery therefore it took a lot longer than expected. 2015 Highlander is the best quality vehicle I have ever owned. Over the first 100,000 miles the only thing I replaced were the tires and battery. While I was at your dealership this week I noticed that management cares so little about their service personnel that they require them to stand. Without allowing them the courtesy of being able to sit at management cares so little about their service personnel that they require them to stand. Without allowing them the courtesy of being able to sit at least some of the time. Seeing them having to stand of their feet all day suggest how little that the management personnel care about their Service People. What a Shame. More

Denise Reino , my advisor and Scott Wehr who took me for a test drive of the Venza hybrid facilitated the purchase of my new car making it the fastest and most enjoyable of experiences. I learned more about the new car from Scott than I know about my old Venza. Denise while we were taking test drive, looked into getting the XLE and that was available to me upon returning. Can't ask for more!! Bobby Roderick, who has a very friendly manner, finalized the papers after listening and reacting to my comments . I could not have asked for a better team from Toyota.
