Quick, efficient and easy! I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently I scheduled and appointment for my car to be inspected for registration renewal. Denise greeted me when I arrived. She asked me if they had recently updated the car's software for the transmission. I wasn't sure, so she included that on the service request. My car was taken back immediately and I retired to the waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a donut. Within 30 minutes Denise called my phone to say the car was ready. The check out took only a moment and I was back on the road. Gunn Honda Service is awesome! More

Warranty Repair I received notice from Honda that my 2016 CR-V needed a software update. I called Gunn Honda and set up an appointment time which was convenient for I received notice from Honda that my 2016 CR-V needed a software update. I called Gunn Honda and set up an appointment time which was convenient for me. I asked for an estimate of how long the update require and was told about 90 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early and the Red Team took my car right in and I got it back, repaired, about 35 minutes later. Absolutely love the Gunn team and will remain a customer forever. More

2004 CRV service Cannot say enough how helpful Denise was in not only reassuring me that this CRV I had just purchased for my daughter was in great shape, but also in Cannot say enough how helpful Denise was in not only reassuring me that this CRV I had just purchased for my daughter was in great shape, but also in allowing me to see the prior service history that Gunn did for the prior owner. Awesome service and comp Krispy Kreme donuts I took my CRV (2014/48K) in for service Friday and was surprised with a new service rep. Jorge, my former, excellent rep had moved, and I met new rep I took my CRV (2014/48K) in for service Friday and was surprised with a new service rep. Jorge, my former, excellent rep had moved, and I met new rep Denise. She and her asst. [Marc, I think] were stars in getting my car through service; I didn't have time for that planned, second donut and cup of coffee. Credit to John V. who, I think, also did the work on my car in a previous service visit; he's also a pro. I've never had a bad experience with Gunn. They are attentive, well-informed and patient - everyone! They are the reason I bought a Honda, the reason I bought at Gunn, when I started shopping for a new car 18 months ago. They are the reason I drive the 70 minutes from Tarpley for service. Well, them and the donuts. More
