Miss Carter is one of those folx who make up the heart and soul of my experience here. She's *always* welcoming and kind, with a smile to share that sees the person coming in as a person with a story rath and soul of my experience here. My experience here was very positive. I came in wanting to do some test drives for a potential lease, though not sure if I was ready to make a decision. When we started talking numbers he was helpful as I was considering my options - and most importantly was very low-pressure, which was refreshing for a car salesperson. I signed a lease on a 2025 Crosstrek and was very happy with the whole experience! More

They were honest, helpful, and really worked with me on an out of state used car sales with a 30 year old, unique classic car that. I wasn't sure about buying sight unseen from a Subaru dealer. I also read the reviews about this dealership selling cars to another buyer before buyers could arrive for their out of state appointment. I decided well, the already things that can happen is "I don't get my car," but I did have a little stress about the possibility of going through all this for nothing or getting my hopes up to be disappointed. These concerns turned out to be completely unfounded. My sales agent, Joy Taylor, kept in touch with me and with the Used Sales Manager though the whole process. I asked her for pictures of the tires since I had a 4 hour drive home. When I had concerns that would be normal for tires on a car that age, and asked her to show than to the Service Manager, she did. When I decided to change the tires before coming down, she recommended two local places to have tires replaced. I close once and had an excellent experience with their manager to choose the right tires for the car. Joy mage show the car got to the tires shop and back safely. The car received am add on at my request. It turned out that the warrantee for the add on wasn't good for acar that age, so they gave me the add on for free and removed the charge from the price of the car even though I actually did get the product added on. I didn't ask for the price to be removed, it was simply given to me. When I met Joy at my pick up, she made sure I had everything I needed, including a bag full of snacks for the ride home! She also introduced me to the Sales Manager I was working with, and other staff we happened to walk past. Finance went smoothly as did paperwork. There was also signed paperwork stating the dealership had everything the needed and the car was legally mine. So I didn't have to worry about things that have been going on on the news lately, where a repo guy showed up to take your car in the middle of the night because the dealership claims you didn't pay all the money owed, and the car belongs to the dealership and no matter what you do, you can't get it back again and all of the money you had for a car is now tied up in the car that was repossessed. All in all, I couldn't have asked for, nor gotten any better experience that what I did. The car was daily priced and now it's sitting in my driveway, pretty as can be, after a completely safe and smoothe ride home. More
