Deja from the internet sales team was wonderful — she got me all the preliminary details I needed before making the 4-hour drive, and did so quickly, even when I told her there was no rush. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Frantz, my salesperson, was absolutely the BEST! He was warm, patient, and genuinely cared about making this experience a good one. He even surprised me bagels and cream cheese for the trip home — talk about thoughtful! He asked us to text him when we arrived home safely and even followed up with a phone call when our trip took longer than expected. That kind of personal care is rare and deeply appreciated. The sales manager was fair and professional, working with me to reach an out-the-door deal that fit my budget. When my mom was nervous about the long drive, they arranged free delivery to my home — over four hours away. This team earned my trust through honesty, kindness, and true customer care. He went above and beyond to help keep the car buying process simple and comfortable, instead of stressful and draining. Tara Mullins was pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable and super patient.
