I reached out to Deiter Brannon to help locate my wife a new car. He didnt have anything in stock that we were looking for but searched other dealers and found us a vehicle. Deiter checked in every day to ensure the process was moving along and even sent a congratulatory text once the deal was closed. Provided great advice along the way too. If you're buying a car and not using Deiter, you are making a big mistake. Best in the business and his service is second to none. More

I called the Dealership and Deiter answered the phone, I told him I saw a car on the internet that my wife was interested in. He was very polite and told me all he new about the car. It was like talking to a friend instead of salesman. Deiter said come and look at when you get ready and I said I can be there in about 5 minutes. I walked in the dealership looking for Deiter and met Chris, he said that he was the sales manager and Deiter was bringing the car around for us to look over. Deiter came in and introduced himself to my wife and I, he was friendly and very well mannered. We looked the car over and took it for a test drive and back to the dealership. My wife and I decided this was the car for us, clean and comfortable and look brand new inside and out. We set down with Deiter at his desk and I thought to myself this was going to be a tough haggeling deal to make. Deiter ask if we had anything we wanted to trade in. We said yeah, what we drove up in. They looked our trade in over came back in a we started talking. My wife said we can't afford that much difference in the trade. Deiter said we can give you this price for your car, which was more than we expected and Chris said we can knock off this amount on the car. We made the deal and it took maybe twenty minutes. I have to say this was the easiest no hassle trade experience that we have ever had at a car dealership. Deiter and Chris gave us a feeling of more like home and family than a car dealership. Deiter said we need to clean the new car up good and we will bring it to you and pick up your trade in and bring it back. It was delivered the next day (We live 30 miles from the dealership) by a man named Darrel, very nice and polite and would you believe, "It was full of gas!!" More
