I recently purchased a used vehicle from Vernon Auto Group. From the beginning of the deal I pretty much did everything via email and the dealership's staff was friendly, attentive, and timely in their Group. I would like to point out that my salesperson, Deiter Brannon particularly stood out to me. Mr. Brannon noticed that after they cleaned the vehicle there were a couple of dents/scratches on the car. He sent me pictures of it to let me know about it even though we had already agreed on the sale and had paperwork shipped. The fact that it may have jeopardized the sale did not faze him at all. In fact he came up with a solution to have the body shop fix it and touch it up prior to me getting there at no charge. I was very impressed with his service and that he cared enough to let me know and not so much about just "making the sale". I would recommend Vernon Auto Group and Deiter Brannon to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I have been looking for a SUV for a couple of months, local and online. I seemed to either find one I liked but couldn't afford or one I could afford but wasn't what I wanted. I was looking at CarGurus.c local and online. I seemed to either find one I liked but couldn't afford or one I could afford but wasn't what I wanted. I was looking at CarGurus.com and found a Yukon that was EXACTLY what I wanted and when I saw the price I thought they had made a mistake. I couldn't wait till morning to call Vernon Auto Group to ask about this Yukon. When I called, the salesman, Deiter Brannon, said he would go out and take a look at it again due to some of the questions I had and call back. He called back within 5 mins and more than answered my questions. I made a deposit and left for Texas Friday morning. When I arrived everyone there was very nice and the total transaction took about 10 mins. The Yukon was more than I expected and so was the staff there. I can say this was the best buying experience I have ever had and I have had quite a few in my life. Being from South Carolina, I put 1300 miles on my Yukon getting home and it did great. Before today, I was not familiar with Vernon Auto Group. I found a vehicle that I was interested in on line, and decided to check them out. From the time I arrived at the dealership, located just off of Hwy I found a vehicle that I was interested in on line, and decided to check them out. From the time I arrived at the dealership, located just off of Hwy 287, I found the staff to be very friendly. Deiter was my salesman, and did a great job of explaining to me what I should expect from the staff. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy. Everyone I had to speak with to get me in my new car was very friendly and helpful. Deiter and the rest of the staff worked to get me a very fair trade-in price for my 2005 GMC Sierra, and a great interest rate for financing. Originally, I was not sure that I wanted to trade my truck in, but after a few hours, I found myself driving home a used 2010 Ford Escape. No hassles and no gimmicks is what they advertise, and that was what I experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. It was a great change from my previous car buying experiences. More

I was initially very skeptical about such a big purchase on-line. I worked with Deiter on buying a used truck. I had 3 trucks I was interested in and he got me additional information on each. I got great help with NO PRESSURE from the salesman! 2. Their prices beat the heck out of anything you can find in Amarillo, TX. Amarillo dealers think they have a captive audience when it comes to cars, trucks, and motorcycles. 3. The used truck I bought comes with a lifetime power train warranty. 4. The dealer had very favorable on-line reviews. I've already recommended them to at least 3 co-workers that are looking for vehicles. More
