After setting up an appointment to have it re A couple of weeks ago I received a letter informing me that there was a recall on my car for the airbag. After setting up an appointment to have it replaced my dad and I went in and droppedu car off and ended up walking around looking at the used vehicles. Mr. Ronnie came up to us and asked if he could help us find anything. He was really nice and not pushy and allowed me to look at and test drive a GLC 300 that I was interested in. I decided to trade my older car and I was able to sign for my very own car (my dad was a co-signer) and walk out with a better vehicle than I came in with (although all Mercedes are great!) This was my first car purchasing experience that I was directly involved in and signed papers for and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Mr. Ronnie, I’m grateful. More
