Rather than a "hard sell," he gave me a lot of helpful information so that I could narrow down what I was looking for to meet my needs. Very high ethics, he even suggested that a lower priced car would meet my needs -- I would think that's unheard of in this kind of business. He was well informed and patient, and I saw him helping out and giving advice to other junior sales consultants as well. The entire team was professional and there to help me get through the process smoothly. Debbie Breslin, who is the new GM there is friendly, knowledgeable and calm under pressure. Francisco explained all the fearures in the car in great detail which i found extremely useful.
