His manager, Edward, was kind, transparent, and patient as my scenario was not straightforward. Josh in financing was very thorough and walked me through everything in clear, easy-to-understand language. The car needed a new battery because it had been sitting on the lot for a bit, and that was taken care of immediately. I didn't set out to purchase a newer-to-me car, but my car had broken down the day before, which set this in motion.
