Samantha Burleigh greeted us after we got out of our car and proceed to help..she was new so Dean Sinibaldi assisted her. Thru the course of the day we looked at several vehicles and ultimately at the end of the day we got a deal we could not refuse on the car we wanted. We never thought we could get that great of a deal the vehicle we purchased with all the negative equity we had to roll into the vehicle. But if you are looking for nice, no pressure sales and deals that can't be beat go to Allen Turner Hyundai!!!! More

He was knowledgeable, answered eve Troy Cox welcomed me on my first "screening visit" . I was reviewing a half dozen cars for two make/break criteria. He was knowledgeable, answered every question, and pointed out a model nuance that I was not aware of that fit those criteria. Then let me depart on my search without high pressure tactics. Upon my return a few days available, he was not on vacation. Instead, Dean Sinibaldi assisted my spouse and I with our next set of criteria and questions. He listened carefully, presented facts, and wished us well as we proceeded to two other candidate test drives. Returning a few days later, he honestly presented a dealer proposal and guided us through the selection processes to sale and delivery. Overall a much better experience than our two previous new car purchasing events in this town. From what I saw of Troy Cox upon his return from vacation, his demeanor and professionalism are identical in dealing with customers. Finally, I had a service question which (I believe) Amber Morris handled. She, like the sales persons, was direct, honest, and provided detailed answers to my questions. She stopped her paperwork to help the "customer" in front of her. More
