This guy is horrible, gave me the around in regard to my Ford Flex. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a dealership. I'll never recommend this place. Dean is by far the best service advisor you could ever ask for. He will always keep you up to date with all repairs as well as go the extra mike to ensure that your vehicle is done as quickly as possible. ask for.
