We were out car shopping and decided to check out the GV80 Genesis. We stop at this dealership and was greeted by Dean. He was super helpful in trying to figure out what my wife wanted in a new car. We did not feel pressure to buy like many other times at dealership. After an hour of looking and debating with my wife, we decided to buy a different brand. Dean took the news with a smile and was happy for us even though we didn’t buy from him. If you go to Tamiami Genesis I would highly recommend Dean to help you! More

My experience at Tamiami was unbelievable. I finally found the vehicle I was looking for and ready to purchase. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. I called the surrounding busines I finally found the vehicle I was looking for and ready to purchase. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. I called the surrounding businesses in the area, they all gave thumbs up on Tamiami. No problem I thought. The dealership, with the exception of my salesperson was fine. My salesperson Dean G was a total lack of customer service NIGHTMARE and wreck. I told him more than once that I'm on central standard time zone. He would still call me early in the morning before the sun was up to argue and fuss that the process with my bank and insurance was taking too long. Anytime you are purchasing from out of state, it's a longer banking process DEAN. If it were not for the great customer service of salesperson, Crystal K, I would have backed out of this deal. Crystal saved the sale. Dean should be taken through in-depth and intensive customer service classes ASAP. Please do not let Dean loose on another unsuspecting customer. End of story, Crystal took pictures of the vehicle sections that I requested and assured me that I was getting a great deal. Dean, please put people over the sale, be patient, be professional, please Listen and STOP the ridiculous threats. Dan was great, recommending a transport service. To say the least, this was not a seamless nor a stress-free experience. Thankfully, the car was Perfect. More
