I stopped in for an oil change and wanted to say "Hi" to my friend working at the dealership. Had thought about talking to him and the sales rep who helped me with my car purchase a few years ago. They helped me with the same excellent service that they provided for me a few years ago all over again! Traded in my 2018 Equinox and they did their "magic" as I call it, helping me to get into a 2020 Equinox. I appreciate their help so much, now I am not so stressed and worried as my car was approaching 100K miles and the bumper to bumper warranty about to expire. You see, as a single parent/single woman, these things are a bit stressful knowing that the car - my only means of transportation or my family and to get me to work could begin to potentially have repair / replacement needs as the car ages, this help from David Wooden, Jason Haug, and Zac Copland at Weber Chevrolet Granite City is invaluable! I am very appreciative of their assistance working through to update my transportation needs. It got many looks along the way, from people eyeing it over taking second looks in parking lots, to an elk walking around it at the Grand Canyon Visitor's Center! We don't normally put 3610 miles on a car in two weeks, but this was an exception! It's a beautiful car and drives and handles great! Thanks again, and we highly recommend Weber, the Traverse, and everyone making the trip out west someday to see all the beauty America has to offer! Sedona AZ, Bryce Canyon UT were a couple of our favorite places on this trip! More
