New car purchase I just purchased a new 700 series at Germain BMW. This was accomplished after two months of trials and discussions. I first signed to purchase a 700 s I just purchased a new 700 series at Germain BMW. This was accomplished after two months of trials and discussions. I first signed to purchase a 700 series in Dec 19. After reconsideration I changed my mind. After doing so I tried a number of models like a 500 series and. M4 SUV at Germaine. Also tried two models elsewhere.. In the end what made the difference in going back to my original plan was Kevin Higgins my sales client. I even asked for numbers to purchase my leased 2017. Kevin stayed with me over several discussions. He brought forth a competitive plan that fit my objectives. He is very patient and soft spoken with great patience. Germain is very fortunate to have this positive individual in it client sales. This along with a great service department with people like George Donovan makes a big difference. Don Thomason More

Outstanding Dealership First of all, we always dread dealing with car dealerships but this was absolutely the best experience we've ever had at a dealership! Everyone there is super nice and courteous and will do their absolute best to find the right deal to fit your needs! The delivery of the new car was great! It was very late on a Saturday when we made the decision to move forward with the purchase and because it was so late they still delivered! They did not make you feel rushed to get out of there! I will say, David Brown and David Walker-Hughes went above and beyond their call of duty! They found us a fantastic deal and has been great to follow-up on the delivery, etc., David Brown helped with getting me some rubber mats for the backseats and got me a full tank of gas! There are no salesmen out there that has ever done as much as David B. and David WH. Highly recommend!! More
