You can get good deal if you know what you want I just have leased my 3rd Honda from this place. This dealership is OK, not much different from any other Honda dealership in NY-NJ area, it is not ex I just have leased my 3rd Honda from this place. This dealership is OK, not much different from any other Honda dealership in NY-NJ area, it is not exceptionally great or too bad. You not going to get free coffee (it is there, but usually empty), and you have to pay for your soda in vending machine... nothing is "free" in this place :). Frankly, the reason I am in business with this dealership, is because I like one of the sales representatives there. His name is David Russo, he is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly; and he will get you the car you want for the price you want. He will also take care of all the paperwork and arrangements. Obviously, you have to be reasonable, and you better know what you want. Pros: -You can get very knowledgeable sells rep who can help you through the process -The process of purchasing takes very reasonable time, you can get out in a new car within 3-4 hours -You can get good deal if you know what this good deal is. Cons: -This dealership can be very, very annoying, they will call you 100 times (especially when your lease is about to expire), they will send to you useless promotions by mail and email, and they will not stop even after you buy new car from them (since their marketing teams do not communicate too well with the teams on the floor). The way to deal with all that - just work with one single sales representative of your choice, and ignore all others. The next day after leasing a new car from them I have received a call from this dealership, asking why I have NOT purchased the car yesterday... I was very surprised... anyway, the above is a minor matter. Generally speaking, I had positive or semi-positive experience with Garden State Honda every time I was shopping there, therefore I would still recommend this place to anybody who wants Honda. More

First Lease I went last night for a new 2015 Honda Pilot lease. I have always financed my cars but never kept them for more then 4 years. The team there was very helpful and showed me both options and went over everything with me to better understand. Our salesmen was David Russo and he was such a pleasure to deal with. The manager we dealt with was Manny. We left knowing that we chose the right car and got the best deal. There was no pressure and I didn't feel cheated like I did with other dealerships. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our sales representative, David Russo, was outstanding. His willingness to help and pleasant demeanor made the several hours it takes to buy a new car go by relatively quickly. And despite a few problems on our end with a trade-in, the process went very smoothly. Follow-up phone calls and a Thank You note came in the days after our purchase, which were little things that we appreciated. The next time we need a car (though it probably won't be for quite a while because Hondas are so reliable—our previous one lasted 17 years) we'll definitely return to Garden State Honda. More
