He followed that up with a phone call to get more details. He was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. David is very personable and did a great job of walking me through the electronics. I was about to drive out when he noticed a tiny nick in the paint. He did all he could to rub it out to no avail then called over his manager and they set up a time to get it touched up. I will definitely recommend this dealership and David in particular to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

David even called me to make sure I had everything and set things up to be as easy as possible to do business with him. Once I got there, he went through all the details of the vehicle with me and stepped through all the configurations in the settings to make sure they were set to my preferences. He even made sure I knew I could call him and ask anything I may have forgotten and that he could then send me a video to show how to do it. He then proceeded to show me cars that fit my needs and thoroughly explained the cars and various options even before discussing prices. After the test drive and negotiation he followed us carefully through the process. I have bought many cars over the years and he is the best salesman I have met. He is more of a consultant and advisor in the process. There was no pressure or hard selling as you often see.. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. This is a good dealership, too. Very customer oriented.. I should also comment that Sheryl, the financial representative who also offers various options for warranty and service coverage did an excellent job. She applied no pressure and discussed my needs and consulted on what might work for me. I ended up purchasing a 7 year service warranty or 80000 mile warranty. With the computer technology I felt it was wise to purchase coverage after discussing various coverages. She was great and much better than the high pressure people I have met on other deals, A pleasant person who definitely had my needs in mind. This dealer has an excellent reputation for repair services too. I am very happy with this process. More
